How long does the "Respawn" period for a server last

My server subscription ran out, how long do I have before the respawn period ends

It varies depending on availability.

If the server is fully cancled and terminated, if you left on good terms they try to hold your files as long as possible.

If you simply left the subscription active and didn't pay the invoice, you're server is terminated after 7 days and files may be destroyed.

Either way. Once a server is fully cancled and closed, you'll need to repurchase a new one and ask for any files to be transferred, you won't get your same IP.

Support staff are the best people to ask if there are any chance of getting access to files, or restarting a canceled server.

Just tried and they said the server files were deleted even though the server was closed this morning

Did you cancel the server through your account before the subscription ran out?

Or did the subscription run out because of non-payment

They do not guarantee backups will be kept, they only make a best effort.

Just like a storage unit can throw out anything you left behind 10 minutes after your contract ends, or hold onto it for a while in case you change your mind.
