The wrong version of the Bisect panel stats mod got installed.
Delete it from the mods folder.

If you delete it, won't it get re-installed? I heard the thing to do is rename the *.jar file to end with *.jar.disabled
(Which effectively "hides" it from the MC server.)

Don't know where you heard that, as I have had to correct someone on that twice now...
It does not auto-reinstall.
