The server doesn't have any mods or anything running on it, just plain Minecraft 1.12.2
If you're trying to connect using a mod pack, the server will reject you
The modpack needs to be on the server as well as the client connecting to it

how do we get forge 14.23.5.2860 on the server its only letting us get 14.23.5.2859 but i think some of the mods need 14.23.5.2860
when we tried it with 14.23.5.2859 it entered a resart loop
