And I cannot connect (made it today) and it just says starting in the home tab of my console.
I dont know what to do, as I ahve the IP in correctly, I believe my pack is correct, but I can't join
Please help it’s been about an hour and a half

If possible Id like to finish this as soon s possible, so I can get my money back if my server doesnt work, and if it does I can enjoy it with my friends

I did try, but it was constantly saying that my credentials are incorrect. I've reset my password 4 or 5 times already

Support uses the billing credentials you set during checkout, not the control panel credentials.

yeah, I used the password from the billing email, and the email I sued for the billing, yet it still says repeatedly that its incorrect

The password would not have been sent to you in an email.
