I made an account normally on the client thing
, when i try logging into the panel it says the account credentials aren't available

Please be more specific than 'the panel' because there's multiple different ones that use different logins. It is possible you're looking at a different panel than what you made an account for.

If you made an account for the client area thats most likely for the billing panel, which is a different panel

i clicked on forgot password
and reseted my password
