Well curseforge installs on your client. On your PC. If you want mods on the server, you need to install them on the server as well

your friends don't run the server, bisect runs it because you pay for it. They just need the exact same modpack on their pc and use that to join

If the modpack isn't avaiable in the Minecraft Jar menu for quick intall, you can install the modpack yourself.
