#Space Engineers - Torch Server hard crashed and will not boot anymore?

I've been having small issues here and there, but nothing serious. For the most part, the server has worked fine.
Yesterday my SE server crashed randomly though, and refuses to boot at all.
I've already tried opening a ticket on the website, but I dont have the option to atm. I just have the last two staff member's transcripts available. And the last thing I was told was that I was supposed to hear back from someone within 24 hours. But it's been over 24 hours now and I've not heard anything from anyone..
Is anybody available to potentially assist me with this? :ahhahey:

If the support staff already diagnosed it as something that the Level 2 Support Staff need to fix, not much more you can do then wait.

You should be able to reply to your previous chat to reopen it to ask for an update. Does it not allow you to do that?

It does, and I sent another message to them. Problem is that the issue we were trying to diagnose earlier, isnt related and wasnt a huge problem.
Mostly because the server was still fully working and it was just a slight inconvenience sort of thing.

Now the server is dead and wont boot, even after reverting back to two different restore points. So as it sits, I cannot even turn the server on. :/

Can you send me a screenshot of a snippet of your last chat? I'll poke someone to see what the ticket status is.

Apologies.. I think I'm just being impatient.. tho in my defense, I was told I'd receive a response from level 2 support or "GiS team" within 24hrs
