I want to change the jar to 47.2.0 but I don't know how to.

47.2.0 is no longer recommended for 1.20.1

There is one recommended version for each Minecraft version.

If you need 47.2.0, you'll have to use the Custom Forge option and upload the server files from minecraftforge.net.
