Im not sure on the current versions, but as far as I know, resource packs dont work because bedrock doesnt have a way to use personalized ones

On my days you couldnt use resource packs with bedrock

You can try and test it with some bedrock user tho, or ask chatgpt or look in google for bedrock and resorce packs restrictions or something like that
