Hi all, I’d like to know if BH had a system where it’d send an email to me, the day of my invoice, or a few days prior. I had an invoice due and I didn’t know until I decided to check my account because it’s been more than a month

They generate an invoice 2 weeks before the due date. It should be emailing you by default with the invoice with it gets generated.

The subject is "Customer Invoice" and they get sent from support@bisecthosting.com

Checked Spam?

I'd also make sure your email is correct in your profile on the Billing Panel.

There used to also be a spot that showed all emails sent to you on the billing panel, but the support staff could probably take a peek too.
