BeamMP server stops at 0.0% on connecting to server.

I got a BeamMp server last night, everytime i tried to connect to it, the resource download stopped at 0.0% of the first mod of 6 download and would never get past that point. When closing the game it would create a black screen about 75% of the time and id have to restart the PC.

Attayched is an image if that helps. Ive tried everything i cluld find in the BeamMP forums, and reached out to BeamMP support who would not help because its not one of their official servers. I deleted the Key file, emptied all respuece folders i could find to create a fresh download. I even changed my IPV4 DNS as suggested within a reddit post.

A friend 2k miles away was able to connect, download the mods and play on the server just fine with no issues.
Any help or more information would be greatly appreciated.

Would recommend snagging an MTR if a check of the client side files and whatnot has been done

How to provide an MTR:

1. Download the following MTR software: https://bisecthosting.com/clients/downloads/WinMTR.exe
2. Where it says 'Host' type in your server's IP (without the port)
3. Click the 'Start' button
4. Wait for the very first number under the 'Sent' column to reach at least 500
5. Click Stop
6. Click the 'Copy Text to Clipboard' button and paste the results into a Pastebin (http://pastebin.com/) and provide us with the link.

Once you chat a bit more it should stop blocking whitelisted links.

i figured out it was the single map that was causing it, once i deleted the map Pine Gap from the map it started working fine.
