I got the same problem that Stem had, and the part for contact sales at the web is not working, is there any other way to get the problem fixed?
Make sure Bisect is whitelisted in your ad blocker.
They use a 3rd party service to handle support communications, which ad blockers tend to mistake as an ad service.
I have used another browser and disable the AdBlocker and is not working still:/
