Hey typically support would have been with you by now, how many messages have you sent?

sending repeat messages will reset your que, if you have only sent 1 message in those 12h send another one now to put you back in the que, something might have gone wrong there, otherwise if they have said you have been sent to level 2 support or higher you will have to wait.
