Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.

Sorry, I don't speak English well (google trad) but to explain
I added 3mods on the server in the "mods" folder but when I launch the game and therefore the server, the contents of the mods are not present in game

Fabric and Forge are not interoperable.
Also, there's a Datapack named Pok Costume [2.0] that has characters after "Pok" that aren't valid in a datapack filename.
