Custom Forge means "I need a version of Forge that isn't available for automatic install, so I will get the server files from Forge and upload them myself.
The error here says the files either were not uploaded or were uploaded to the wrong place.

You'll only have a journeymap folder if you're using journeymap in the modpack.
