Hello i want to create a cobblemon server for me and my friends but i dont know how to do it on biscecthosting can someone help me ? or call for show you my screen to be faster

Go to website, pick the pack you want, buy the recommended amount of RAM, wait for confirmation email, open cobblemon, connect to server address.
Turn on whitelist is usually a good idea, too.

That is a single mod, not a modpack. So it won't be listed.
