Does anyone know how to go around fixing this, not 100% sure and i dont want to mess around with it too much incase i brake something, any help/ videos would be appriciated thanks

That sounds like Mekanism didn't get updated with the rest of the modpack or someone manually updated it on the server.
Try making a fresh copy in CurseForge.

im the only one who can controll the server, i try looking for mekanism:batch_security but i dont see it in the mod folder

batch_security isn't the name of the mod, it's just Mekanism.

Okay, that is weird. Definitely a bug in the Mekanism mod and/or modpack.
The Modpack authors have a Discord - they may know why Mekanism 10.7.9 thinks it's 10.7.8, but only on the client side...
