How many GB' s do I need to play with mods with around 5 people

depends entirely on what mods

if you have a long list of mods with a lot of new content, your RAM requirement will spike massively. If you just have a small amount of mods that just do small QOl things, you're not much above vanilla

#

a good starting point for modern vanilla is around 4GB. Any mods and more players will add to that
