some dude named dan send a video link after 2 hours and dips never to be heard from again and showing as inactive, and than he can't open a new ticket. when he asked for help on the old ticket nothing and no way to make a new one. even the ai can't do anything and he can't talk to a real person. bro spends almost $200 a month and gets the vip just to be ignored blatantly

They must be swamped.
There also isn't a "VIP" package. Support is all in the same queue.
my bad my bad the "premium" package where they don't do what they say they do except the slightly cheaper rate
