Hello, I am trying to add a curseforge custom modpack to my bisect hosting server, but it seems to be conflicting with an old modpack I had, is there a way to completely reset a server and its files so I can add the new files in?

Pick the new modpack from the Minecraft Jar menu, tell it to delete the current files.

Forge, Fabric, Quilt, and NeoForge are all available in the Minecraft Jar menu.

so I just installed the fabric for custom modpacks, but i still dont understand where to get the startup.jar

When you pick Fabric in the Jar menu, it installs that.
