I try to go to the control panel on the website and its not working my server says its in canada when its in europe and when i press go to panel it comes with The requested resource does not exist on this server. I did create this like 45 mins ago but id expect for £18 it would work in the next 15 mins ive tried the 24/7 support and nothing, i started talking to the bot 30 mins ago aswell still nothing to hear, its getting annoying that im paying for something that dont work and chances are i wont get a refund

Support has been swamped, 1-2 hours is expected until the new reps they hired finish training.

If you logged in or gave your email address, you don't have to wait on the website - responses will go to your email if you close the window.
i dont know i might just cancel ive just wasted £18 have waited now 45 mins on THE 24 HOURS 7DAYS A WEEK chat for someone to reply to me nothing has happened there and the thing im paying for is not working id rather give you my £18 and never have to pay it again than have to repay £18 every month for something that im not sure is gonna work when i wanna play it again

Now, this is my assumption, I cannot confirm it without BH staff themselves, but considering an influx of tickets regarding server issues with new accounts and tickets not showing up, it may be an issue with new accounts and new servers
And those issues are usually resolved with what is called an L2 team, which is specialists in their fields
yea can i get the refund team so i can atleast get the money back if im not getting a server ?
Those are only online 8 hours a day (not many of em yet), and usually not on super late (its 4 in the morning for me now)
If there is an account issue as is my theory (theory, not proven), yes you will be refunded, but they cannot until said personell is available to handle such an issue

Nah, most likely gonna be upwards of a day-two, but yes they will fix the refund or fix your access.
I've done this kinda job for a living, I know how bad it is for L1 staff to see the ticket and not have the tools to fix it
