Hey, I'd opened a ticket however I realized that I kinda need this figured out now, so I figured I'd shoot this here. I'm having a srs issue: around 2 hours ago I hit stop on my server because I wanted to see if I could run back my friends inventory. However, when I went to stop the server, the entire website started telling me "We're having some trouble connecting to your server" and all of the settings, logs and pannels just stopped working and are all "loading". I thought it'd be my connection, but my wifi is working just fine. I refreshed the page, closed out of my tabs and reopened it, closed and reopened minecraft, decided to let it go for over an hour and even restarted my computer. I figured it's just not going to load.

Contacting support was the right thing to do, nothing. Anybody here can do about it.
That error message means the connection between the panel itself and the backing server is having issues. If it lasts less than 15 minutes, it's usually just some kind of rolling update or security patch. Over 15 minutes means that it's something more severe and they can let you know what's going on and if there is an ETA yet
ah, I'm guessing this server is moreso for info that isn't behind the scenes (like general minecraft advice)?
The Discord is for peer support.
When you want to learn how something works, you come to the Discord. When you just want somebody to take care of it, you contact support through the website.
oooooooohhh I gotcha! well sorry for the kinda out of place message
