Hello, I made 3 backups yesterday while the server was running. When I had to restore the 3rd backup, I had to wait 2 hours for it to finish. Now that the server is online, nothing is working anymore. Out of 47 plugins, only 17 are left, and nothing is working.

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:

1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.

If you could just grab the latest.log from that, sometimes it downloads as a zip but because of security reasons I won't be downloading those :)

is that right

No, that's another zip file of multiple logs. On your panel all the way at the bottom there should be a file just called 'latest.log'

Could you send a screenshot of the plugins folder?

last night all 47 plugins worked for the most part without any problems

In the screenshots, the only actual plugins are the one with '.jar' at the end

#

Which if I'm counting correctly, would line up with only about 13 plugins

#

For example, you have a 'spark' folder, but that's not a plugin, just a folder for config files etc. There is no spark.jar file, which would be the actual plugin

and where did that go when I made the backups everything was fine

You said you made the back up while the server was up and running?

yes

#

Yesterday normal players were still playing oneblock and after uploading the backup nothing worked anymore. I made the backup at 05:59AM and about 30 minutes later I uploaded it and then nothing worked anymore.

That could cause issues, we always recommend having the server turned off when a backup is made.

I'd suggest just reinstalling the plugins if you want to keep the most recent backup. Support staff can take a look and see if they can find anything that went wrong, but they probably won't be able to recover something the backup didn't actually save
