my control panel stopped working around noon on friday, but the server stayed up until sometime today. im still getting the error code mentioned above, and i contacted support and from what i understand they tried to fix it, but so far nothing as has changed. ive tried restarting my router and pc. is there anything i can do, or are the servers down on their end?

The red banner means support needs to fix it, nothing on your end you can do. If they haven't said they're pushing the issue to an admin to take a look, reply back for an update!

This is community support -- we're other players and server owners. We can't see what is broken with the server panel communication. For that info you need to ask BH staff
