My server has been like this for 2 days and can't seem to get support on the site to do anything about it.

I want to just pull my files at this point and move it to another site but I'm unable to access those too.

While servers are down, files are inaccessible. I assume support pushed this issue to level 2 support? If you have a screenshot of your ticket I can check with them!

I haven't been provided a ticket number. I talked to two different people in the contact support messaging feature. I was told it was being worked on last night but haven't been updated with any new information.

If you have a screenshot they can use that to look up the ticket, no number needed :) just need a sentence they can find in their system!

Sounds like they have to move you and everyone else who was on that machine onto a new one. The L2 tech working on it is going to check in after his shift ends to try and hurry it up.

Sounds like the upcoming scheduled maintenance window for you should be shorter because of it, too.

What Ceridwen said above! You should definitely be able to play again during the weekend like you said, staff expects everything to be fully fixed once everything is moved over which they estimate takes a few hours. They also asked me to assure you that you'd be compensated for the downtime once everything is back up and running! Apologies for the inconvenience the past few days

As of this morning it is still down. I was told that it's just in level 2. Not sure what that means. I guess it's just down until someone in level 2 can help me tomorrow.

Sorry it took a while to get back to you, I didn't really have an update before! The server should be up now according to staff. If they haven't reached out to you yet, please reply to your ticket and ask about the compensation for the downtime so they can apply that to your account :)
