Can you send a screenshot of your main file directory as well as level name in server properties
Either the world is still zipped or the level name is trying to find a folder that doesn’t exist, or both
The level name is the issue most likely, goto files and take a screenshot where the world folder is (the root/main directory)
these 2 names need to be identical and the world should also not be a zip or any compressed file
Because it is still looking at a zip file instead of a folder.
Click files on the left hand side of the panel, take a screenshot of the folders so I can see the name of your world
Go back through the how-to.
You're possibly skipping step 7 and not unzipping the world, and in Step 9 you're using the zip file instead of the world's folder name.
It is written out so it can be used as a step-by-step checklist
Ok it doesn’t look like it’s compressed but just named with a .zip, rename clickyhere.zip to just world all lowercase, then goto server properties and set level name to the same “world”
That should work assuming it’s not an actual .zip
Do not move support to DMs. We have had people steal accounts, pretend to be Bisect staff...
I’m only simply helping out, the issue was easily and quickly resolved through screen share with no ill intentions.
Use the channel in the Discord in the future

Sorry, everything surrounding this channel says no support which I’ve noticed you guys are very big on moderating where support happens, didn’t want to break rules by going there but I will next time
We haven't named any of the VCs specifically for support because youre one of maybe 3 people who is able/willing to provide support over call and we don't want to create the idea/demand for VC help! But like Ceridwen said, with the VCs youre more than welcome to use it for that :)
Ok good to know, Ill post the solution here out of habbit of not leaving issue threads solved without a public solution.
OP had uploaded a double ziped file (A zip inside of a zip of the world) and only unarchived the initial zip leaving the actual world files still in a compressed state. If anyone comes across a similar issue
