Got in touch with someone on the support team, and they let me know that my server's issue would require special attention from their system support team.

Thing is, I can't "connect to my server" anymore, is this normal as things are being fixed or is this another issue?

This likely means your issue was escalated to the level 2 support team. They work in shift, not 24/7, and are currently flooded with tickets, so it might take a while. Depending on what the issue is, being unable to connect to your server might be related yes, but the only way to know for sure is to ask in the support chat you had open previously :)

They just said they can’t provide an eta- which really sucks, I feel like I wanna cancel my subscription since the service isn’t what I was expecting, how can I do that?
