Been waiting for a response on a server that got locked up while resetting, been trying to get started with a friend group on a new terraria calamity instance but have been stuck twiddling our thumbs while trying to contact support.
Used to a 15 min or less response time but approaching an hour since the issue started and 45 min since contacting support.

They've been short staff for a little bit. There are a couple new groups of support staff who will be starting soon. They were about 30 minutes as of this afternoon, but the typical has been around the 1-2 hour mark on replies right now.
If you've got a support message in, they'll get to it ASAP 🙂

That is very unfortunate, Ive always chosen Bisect due to the support response time, and they still have it listed as 15 minutes on the site. I also doesnt help that there is no trackable support from my perspective, just the chatbot window now. without timestamps.
