Just a FYI: Most such plugins have a feature that it gives permission if they have OP. You should avoid giving OP and intead give permission levels as OP would give the max permissions

Also it seems you're mixing 2 support things here. I see a mention of minecraft and a mention of FiveM. This kinda makes it confusing to help and see what you excatly need help with

as was said for a refund, this only goes through support as that's only something official staff can do.
But keep in mind they will ask you why you want a refund. if it's because of issues you encounter they encourage you to first seek for help with said issues. They can still go through with the refund but they'd rather not loose a customer if they can help
