Its the location you selected when purchasing the server. It'll be listed if you click your server under the Services tab in your billing panel.

It's been...unfortunate timing with Dallas. The previous datacenter Bisect was using was having all sorts of issues.
A couple days ago they moved a bunch of their hardware to a new datacenter, but the last update I have was that there was some hardware failure that they're resolving for a few nodes.
Ideally, once everything is up and running again it should be much more smooth sailing at the new place.
You can send in a support ticket to confirm if your server is indeed affected specifically, or if its an unrelated issue that they can resolve.
They've been giving the option of moving customers to a different node/location while the Dallas one is down. They cannot transfer the current files while the server is down, just the latest backup they have access to.
If your group hasn't played in a few days, that backup might be the latest.... If this is something you're intrested in, shoot the support team a ticket. They should be able to get you guys going for the weekend 🙂
