I turned off my server to add something and I could not turn it on, I got this message, what can it be? it has been like this for about 15 minutes.

Maroon bar spells it out - the control panel and your server stopped talking to each other.

Ticket staff are great couples counseling if they don't reconcile in about 15 minutes.

Is it possible that this is happening because I tried to do a manual backup? Because in that window I get error 504
