Who here has any real authority or accurate information regarding the current situation? The datacenter move has left several servers offline, and most importantly, MySQL databases have been lost. It has now been over 48 hours, with the last 24 being completely silent. This is beyond unacceptable—not only are we unable to access our servers, but this downtime is also causing potential revenue loss since we cannot stream. We need clear communication and an immediate resolution. If anyone has real answers, now is the time to speak up.
#24 Hours of Silence – Server Down, Database Lost, and Revenue at Risk

huge mistake using this hosting service.. i was having issues with my server as well. Took over 2 days to get any reply and it wasn't even an answer to my problem.. i instantly asked for a cancel in my subscription and found my answers from another hosting service.. these guys are terrible and over priced
Hi @white nexus!
Firstly, sorry you're experiencing this issue. We’re currently working through some hiccups following our latest migration, which has impacted a small number of customers.
We're looking to get everything fixed up ASAP. This migration is part of a larger effort to bring you even better servers and an improved experience moving forward - we'll update as soon as possible 🙏
Once you’re back online, make sure to request compensation. We offer one day of compensation for every one hour downtime (up to 30 days) so you’ll get the max amount.
Any update on this?
Reply back to your ticket/chat - the issue causing those to not get picked back up has been fixed.
8hours and no reply, no status update...what a joke
they rather ignore the problem...im just documenting at this point
can you please confirm if it’s been resolved now?
still down

there is a compatibility issue on your end with Alpine
can you install glibc?
@white nexus glibc is included in the image, it may be an incorrect version though ~ what did you have installed to cause this? Base install doesnt seem to have this come up
fivem
Yeah I can see its FiveM based on the output, I mean any resources installed, or a specific framework?
qb-core
Lemme give it a go, was it installed via txAdmin or by you?
txadmin
Sure thing, un momento
thanks
Yeah I cant seem to cause this even with qbcore installed
You got a ticket open I can gander at for your server?
just the support chat - where would i find the ticket?
If you've used the chat, same thing ~ easiest way for me to pull it up though would be something said in it or you can dm me your email (but thats not really ideal, since then its personal info not on being put in our secure system)
Could you lemme know like the title of it, or what you had said in the chat? I can search it up w/ that 👀
i sent a dm
based on the logs it looks like the install itself is bad rather than a missing package for ex ~ could you run a backup then a reinstall via Keep Files and Reinstall?
It should make sure the data for FiveM itself is all there, based on the output its upset with that
ill try that now

for "What would you like to do with current server files?" - Select "Delete current files on the server"?
nerp, Keep files ~ only use Delete if theres nothing you need on it
i.e if youve literally never used the server
should i do this through txadmin or the bisect website?
off our games panel, make sure to stop the server first
first make a backup here
then use that
i only have automatic backups - To understand, you want to me create a backup on one of the available slots correct?
im not getting a reinstall server opion in either case or at leaset not seeing it
🤷♂️
i see it now - its on the home screen
i cant seem to connect to sql server
UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: Access denied for user 'u350485_89ZcNTvPIb'@'10.10.3.2' (using password: YES
i updated the config file as well
'u350485_89ZcNTvPIb'@'10.10.3.2'
This would be from how the database was setup with txAdmin, to confirm have you used the server up to now ~ or has it been prep work of installing everything?
Mmm wait no the args are right, whys it showing the internal address
i was able to use it and was setup. It stopped working after the move
lemme gander, hold pls haha
ok
ah I see why, the server.cfg used by qbcore itself (via txData/QBCoreFramework_9C06DE.base/server.cfg) is outdated. Am I alright to edit this cfg right quick and restart?
please do
Yeah this def seems setup right. Lemme bug our sys admins for some logs. Hold!
Ok. Thank you.
Alright so isolated the issue to a networking problem ~ which would check out from it coming up only after the move. Gonna move your ticket over to our sys admin tray for them to look into this for you. Many apologies for the issue here man
Just a heads up to you, the lad whos gonna be best suited for this isnt in until tomorrow so there will be a slight delay
No prob! Hopefully our sys admin team can you get you sorted for good
Its working now!
Dylan is the man!!!
Thank you all for the support. The move had its hiccups but I hope we get to see improved service. Have a nice weekend.
