i want to connect my server to winscp, for the files, and when i try to connect it says that i can't, bu i have put the good host, usename, and the password i put the same as my control panel password

You used the host and username provided in the Files section of the control panel?

Have you tried changing your control panel password to something else?

yes, I wanted to connect to my control pannel, I clicked on the forgot password button, and I changed it, and then in winscp I put the new one and it doesn't work

Why forgot password instead of just changing it?

Either way, if you're 100% sure you're using the right info (including SFTP and not FTPS), ticket staff is your next step.
