Okay thank you
Thanks, I'
It sounds like they're waiting on some replacment hardware for a few of the nodes.
If you're on one of those, there is no ETA at the moment.
They will issue some credit for the downtime, send support a ticket after everything is going again.
As for the tickets you already have in, they are really backed up right now. They'll get to it, it just might be a little bit. If you can avoid it, don't reply to until support does it as it might send it back to the end of queue.
Oh wow alright.
is there anyway you could see about when they could re-create my server on another node like I was offered?
Looks like another mod just poked someone.
One of us well give you an update when we get a response.
Thank you
Just posting that I received this about 15 minutes ago. Not very helpful.
Is this the same ticket or a different one?
It's from the old ticket system but it's the only way I could get another answer. No one has replied in the regular chat
Any word on this?
Could you give us the ticket ID? It’s in the email

Even the reply on losing all your data is scripted.
Time for a new service. There was no contingency plan for the move.
You should get a response shortly, but it sounds like your ticket in the new system got parked in the "give these people credit when the outage is done" inbox, which didn't flag for follow-up.
And your old ticket is apparently tied to a previous service, not your current server - so they were looking for a backup for that.
Copy that. Thanks
They tweaked the "give credit for outage" box to put things back in the main queue on responses. New ticket system - everyone thought that was the default.
