Impossible to connect to ask for a support ticket

Hello all,

I am trying to connect to the bisect hosting services to create a support ticket. However it seems I am unable to connect sitting wrong information regarding my account.
But when I try to connect to the server panel with that same information, it works perfectly.

Also, the reason for the creation of the ticket is because the account used for the server has been hacked, while I was able to get back the account, all the save from the server has disapeared, hours of gameplay with friends gone, and the backups deleted to.

The server control panel is different then your Billing Panel login (used for tickets).

If you don't recall your billing login, and you are unable to reset the password for it, send in a ticket using the instructions below.
