Server will not connect on txAdmin to reboot the server no matter what DB i use and no matter how many times I reboot/reinstall the server.

!ticket You will most likely need a BH tech to look at this (which means you need a ticket). But perchance does your SQL credential (username & password) contain a sharp # character?
