New ticket system and higher volume has them more backed up than usual. They're working the kinks out of the tickets, and new support reps start next week.
also I just purchased a server and that has been pending for over 2+ hour as well
Sometimes the servers require ticket staff to look at something - if they're backed up on tickets, purchases are part of that same queue.
