I was trying to purchase a server and I got a message stating that my billing address didn’t seem correct. And that I needed a manual verification for me to submit a ticket. I tried to submit a ticket, but I couldn’t. I didn’t realize but I also submitted a second server.

How do I get the first server approved and verified purchased?

How do I cancel the second server ad it hasn’t been paid for yet?

Well it never gave me an option to submit a ticket. I sent messages to the AI chat but after received this message, "Thank you! We’ll connect you with the next available agent. Our typical response time is 15 minutes or less, though it may take longer during periods of high volume.

its been 3 hours now and I havn't gotten any emails about ticket being submitted or any response

There is no AI chat, its just some scripted pre-questions.

oh i appriciate that i was confused if it was or wasn't. Do you know how long until I hear back?

I dunno what the backlog is right now, no.

If you open the chat up, I think there's a thing at the top that if you click it will show the ticket number and such.

Just don't fix the billing issue.

Or just reply to the ticket to cancel instead of fix.

It's kinda hidden - something in the top bar that you normally wouldn't think to click? I haven't used the new ticket system myself yet.
