Our minecraft server went down about 30 minutes ago and hasn't come back up or given any signs except the constant loading and outputting the message "We're having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait..". I cannot access the console or files at all either because when I try to access the files it returns the error code "Something went wrong. Request failed with status code 504" and when I click the console option it is completely blank. Please let me know if anyone has some advice or possible fixes. Not entirely sure if it's on our servers end or bisect's end but I don't really see anybody else in the discord mentioning this issue so I assume it's on my servers end. Thank you in advance!

If you're ever down with that maroon We're having trouble connecting to your server error for over 15 minutes, check the status page.

If the status page doesn't have anything, and logging out and back in to the panel doesn't fix it, open a ticket.
