I am the creator of the modpack "Beyond Depth" It has come to my attention that it is listed on your server modpack list without my permission, which is a direct violation of the terms outlined in the modpack's license in the description.
Please remove "Beyond Depth" from your modpack list immediately. Do not list it again without my express permission, as the terms prohibit such listings.
I expect prompt action on this matter.

@ripe mauve Just to check, we commonly have customers request packs not listed in our JAR menu at a request to install for them. Assuming these are alright to do still as it would techincally be a custom pack use, but figured id make sure! 👀
Wouldnt be preconfigured or nothin, we just strip the client side mods for em haha

As long as it’s for personal use and not distributed or listed publicly, I’m fine with customers requesting it as a custom pack. it can’t be listed on your modpack menu.

Would assume unavailable to select from the Jar menu however, you can upload it yourself or ask support

Its been removed from the JAR menu per the Authors request/License for the pack. You can request our staff install it for you via a ticket with a Premium server or BisectBoost; alternatively you can install it yourself
