If so you definitely messed with chat settings check your Minecraft settings regarding chat.

My friend installed a datapack called Shingeki no craft which i think messed it with. And i dont know how to mess with the settings.

Okay seems like command output is working.
What plugin are you using for the command? It may be clashing with the mod pack that your friend installed.
Also after sending the command does it do what it's supposed to do or no? / is the plugin even loaded. Ie any error messages in console etc.

the command works. like if i do /give @s diamonds or smt ill get the diamonds. but i wont get a message saying "communist pingu has been given 1x diamond".

Use LuckPerms to ensure players (or yourself) have the minecraft.commandfeedback permission enabled. Run the following command
/lp user <your-username> permission set minecraft.commandfeedback true

1st command fixed it. im kinda embarrased i didnt know that since ive been playing minecraft since xbox360. ffs thanks lol
