I'm stuck and i dont know what to do. I have a minecraft (bedrock) server on bisecthosting and its barely a week old.

I've installed mods for me and my friends to enjoy. Because of some lag (even though i'm never hitting my 12gb ram limit) ive had to take some mods out. But now even though ive taken them out.. the server crashes eveytime i restart it.

I see refferals for making a ticket through the website, but when i press the button for support, it just does nothing.

Is there any way someone could guide me to the correct channels to fix this?

disable your adblock on the bisecthosting website and it will begin to work. alternatively you can email support.
