Errors like that are usually from the local copy of the pack not matching the version on the server.
i don't understand, i'm sorry.
wouldn't i have the same issue if i downloded the same modpack? he's the only one that keep crashing alot
Modpacks get updated as mods get bugfixes, quests get added, etc.
Errors like this usually happen when you're running like version 30 of the modpack but the server has 32 or 29.
When it's close enough to let you connect, but something is mismatched in a way you stumble over later.
so i just need to find the right verison for the server
Yup!
The version on the server is listed under the Minecraft Jar tab if you click the "Show More" toggle.
If it matches and you're still getting this, try reinstalling your local copy - especially if you're using the CurseForge launcher. Sometimes it accidentally a mod.
If it still is happening, logs will help. Asking the modpack author is also a good idea in case it's a known issue or something they need to fix in the next version.
