Hello, I know theres a post a bit down about something similar but that post said their server was pending for 20 minutes and the bot thingy said big modpacks should take a half hour. Mine has been pending for like 18 hours. I have a support ticket in that I submitted a couple hours ago and I get they are busy. Anything else I can do/try or just have to wait?

All you can really do is wait sadly, there's nothing anybody but staff can do to really get it working from there. Staff is pretty backed up at the moment but will reply to your ticket asap!
Thanks for the reply, Just wanted to make sure there wasnt anything on my end. Do you have any sort of idea what type of delay I am looking at? Like will it be sometime tonight vs is it backed up by days??
Definitely not days, ever! The last i read was about 2-3 hours?
Just checking to make sure I did this right-- Is this how I do the ticket now? I hit the button to create a ticket and it opens up the live chat. Is that the process now? or is there a new ticket system in addition to the live chat? @native shore
The ticket system doesn't have a distinction between tickets and chats.
It's all a ticket.

The other discord mod said they thought it would be 2-3 hours. Just a heads for helping others Im now nearing 6 hours of no ticket response.
Got a ticket number handy? I believe clicking the subject at the top of the chat shows it.
i cant see how to see that. I just have the live chat thingy that I was told is the same. I dont see any sort of number or even subjext

Yeah, I'm not sure how their system creates tickets from the initial message.
I'd like to say they'll officially assign it a ticket ID once they initially reply to you.

It's a new system for us as well, just trying to work out the kinks and get back to our usual pace.

I have not recieved anything via email-- nor does anything show up on the "sent emails" page. Anything else I need to do?
Can you submit a ticket for us and reference your transaction number for the payment so we can look into it.

Yes they are however we are very backed up atm
Additional replies to a ticket will also reset your spot in line to the very back again, just be patient we are working through them as quickly as possible

No I mean that's a different person (Sqooral) chiming in to say "me too!". Shouldn't they have their own thread? (Even if it's just to explain what !pending means.)
