hello, my bmc4 server is failing to start/just stuck on starting. I look at the panel and as its trying to start it seems like it crashes and stops as it's trying to launch, im unsure what to do here as it won't start, any help is appreciated.

1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
(Do not send over any logs ending in .gz or we will not be able to assist you)
If your server is in a crash state (the server stops itself), please also attach a crash report, which can be found at the following path:
1. Open your server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'crash-reports' Folder
3. Select the latest crash report by date/time and send it over Discord to this channel.
These files are required for debugging so, please send them over before requesting further assistance. No assistance can be provided without the files.
