You're looking at an old article. The new panel allows both budget and premium servers access to voice chat mods/plugins.

What errors are you getting?
Send over the servers latest.log when you can and I'll take a quick peek. Otherwise the support staff can help too.

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.

make sure you have the voice chat mod on your client. and dont' mess with its config.

the mod you should've installed on your clients. note you can't install it in vanilla, so you will need a modded client such as the one you get from curseforge.

log into your main account, not the games panel, and find your server and hit the upgrade button, there should be some options there, if not you can open a billing ticket and request it.

You still don't need a dedicated IP.
If its not working with the ports you have send in a support ticket and let the support staff know. They may need to tweak something.
