not my server directly but they havent joined the discord anywho long story short when they try to start the server in the console it say "FAILED TO BIND TO PORT" any way to fix this?

Tickets are a bit behind tonight, but this is something only the support staff can fix. If they have a ticket in the support staff will get to it ASAP.
