My card recently expired so I had to go in and put my new card in my billing. I haven’t actually logged into my account in well over a year and when I tried to log in, my login details just don’t work anymore, never changed it and I know it never got changed because I can’t get past my own security question to reset my password, obviously I know the answer to the question but maybe it’s not exactly key for key what I put in when I made it. I can’t even open a support ticket without being in my account so can someone please help me get into my account or at least cancel my subscription so I don’t get invoices anymore.
