In some cases the support team is at the mercy of the datacenter staff.
What location is your server located?
I believe it’s an issue with the data center and it might be the one location that is still down, must be closest to Washington DC region but not the nee jersey location
Is there a way they can retrieve the data and move it to a new location
That depends on the issue. Your server's location should be located in the Billing Panel -> Services -> Click your server.
If you can't find what location you're at, send me your latest ticket number please 🙂

yes it’s new jersey but the status given by the team says there are no outages yet it’s still not connecting
