That's pretty normal - this looks like it's just one mod (Moonlight) checking to see if a different mod (Ars Noveau) is installed, too, for some kind of cross-functionality.

Only one GB, and looking at the white lines i see the "OutOfMemoryError" Am i safe to assume to run ATM10 ill need to buy a server with more RAM?

ATM10 recommends 8GB minimum and definitely won't even start on less than 4GB.
The website should have recommended the correct amount if you walked through the "help me choose a plan" flow.
